At YAD Cleaning Services LLC we provide online estimates that are subject to change only after having visited in person and evaluated the premises that are to be cleaned. This is not only for our protection but also in the best interest of our customers to know that the price is fair and accurate for their premises.

Please keep in mind that for regularly scheduled cleaning services, the initial cleaning may be higher than the return visits. This is because our standards are high, and we often provide more thorough cleaning to bring the premises up to our professional standards.

We take pride in our work; Your 100% satisfaction is our main goal. So if you're not satisfied with our job performance, we'll correct any problem at no additional cost to you within 24 service hours.

We accept checks, credit and debit cards. We do accept cash, although we prefer that our people do not carry cash with them when they are traveling to/from customer sites. We always provide receipts for all payments.
